   The certificate on the right to employment by lawyer activity from September, 17, 1993 №424.
   Kind of activity: Rendering of legal aid to citizens to/citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, persons without citizenship, including to private businessmen - to subjects of enterprise activity without formation of the legal person / and to legal persons, irrespective of patterns of ownership, organizational structure, ways of managing.
   Kinds of legal aid: Protection and representation.
Specialization:
• Protection of interests suspected, accused, defendants on criminal cases of any category of complexity at a stage of inquiry, pre-judicial consequence, judicial consideration, including: in bodies of system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, tax militia, , Offices of Public Prosecutor, in local, appeal courts, the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
• Representation of interests of victims, civil claimants, civil respondents on criminal cases of any category of complexity at the same stages and in the same bodies.
• Representation of interests of the offenders who have suffered on administrative affairs of any category of complexity in administrative bodies, local, appeal courts, the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
• Representation of interests of claimants, respondents, the third parties, applicants and other categories of clients on civil cases of any category of complexity in local, appeal courts, the Supreme Court of Ukraine.
Additional kinds of legal aid:
• Representation of interests of claimants, respondents, the third parties and other categories of clients in local economic, appeal economic courts, the Supreme Economic Court of Ukraine, the Supreme Court of Ukraine. "
• Legal service of the enterprises and the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership, organizational structure, ways of managing.
The basis for rendering legal aid: presence of the made contract about rendering of legal aid between the lawyer and the client.
The bases and conditions of payment of legal aid: the fee in the monetary form: the sum of the fee, the order, terms of payment, the sum of actual charges, the order and terms of its payment are defined in each concrete case by treaty provisions about rendering of legal aid, the prisoner between the lawyer and the client.
Place of rendering of legal aid: Territory of Ukraine.
   Other kinds of legal aid: drawing up of legal documents of/applications, petitions, an information, complaints, statements of claim, contracts etc./, oral and written consultations under the current legislation of Ukraine. - bases and conditions of payment similar.
