   I, Chebanenko Andrey Nikolaevich, was born in city of Odessa in 1956. In 1974 has acted on a faculty of law Odessa state/nowadays - the Odessa national / university . I.I.Mechnikova has ended in 1979, having received a honours degree on a speciality jurisprudence and assignment of qualification the lawyer.
   The common experience of practical work on a speciality the lawyer makes 24 years, the first 4 of which - work on a post of the inspector in bodies of Office of Public Prosecutor of the Odessa area.
   The next 10 years work in the various enterprises and the organizations of the state and private pattern of ownership on posts of the legal adviser, the senior, main legal adviser, the chief of a legal department, the deputy director on legal work, including work as one of founders of legal firm as a society with the limited liability possessing the license of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on realization of legal practice in all territory of Ukraine.
   During work at the enterprises and the organizations of the state pattern of ownership/1982-1989 years / twice, i.e. in 1983 and in 1987 there passed increase of professional qualification on time working during this period interdepartmental faculty of improvement of professional skill of legal advisers in Kiev duration of training of 30 calendar days each time, and also was the student constantly working then on the basis of the Odessa regional management of justice of a seminar of improvement of professional skill of legal advisers.
   Working at the enterprises and the organizations of a private pattern of ownership/1990-1993 years / in June, 1990 passed increase of professional qualification on organized during this period time the Union of lawyers of the USSR 20 day time short-term courses of improvement of qualification of lawyers of public sector of economy in Moscow.
   Present 10 years - employment by lawyer activity individually with obligatory membership in structure of lawyer association the Odessa regional Bar:
   September, 17, 1993 - the disciplinary commission of legal profession of the Odessa area the decision on distribution of the certificate on the right to employment by lawyer activity was accepted.
   November, 29, 1993 after acceptance of the Oath of the lawyer of Ukraine the certificate on the right to employment by lawyer activity behind registration № 424 by me is given.
   April, 17, 1994 on the basis of the sent application it is accepted in structure of lawyer association the Odessa regional Bar which member I am and now.
   Since December, 2001 and on present time I work as the lawyer in structure of a lawyer bureau the Incident.
   Taking part in activity of lawyer association the Odessa regional Bar, in 1999 it was selected a member of a revision committee of association, and in 2002 it is elected in structure of disciplinary chamber of the disciplinary commission of legal profession in the Odessa area.
   Consisting a member of lawyer association the Odessa regional Bar and being the student permanent since January, 20, 1996 and on present time of school of increase of lawyer skill, during 1998-1999 years was trained in city of Kiev under the professional programs developed by the Union of lawyers of Ukraine together with Management of the Supreme Commissioner of the United Nations on affairs of refugees in Ukraine.
In May, 2000 took part in taking place in Odessa with participation of lawyers of Ukraine, Republic Poland and USA the international seminar on problems of activity of the defense counsel in criminal legal proceedings.
   March, 2, 2001 it is accepted in members of the Union of lawyers of Ukraine, and in June, 2001 in this quality participated in work taking place in Odessa of 5-th Elective Congress of the Union of lawyers of Ukraine.
   Being the constant subscriber and the reader of the periodic literature to which number such editions as the newspaper the Law and Business - body of the Union of Lawyers of Ukraine, magazine the Lawyer - the scientific - practical professional edition, - periodically I publish in them articles, sketches, interview on the professional, public - legal subjects representing certain public interest, in necessary cases using for this purpose and other editions, such as independent newspaper the South and others.

Professionally working basically with all branches of the right, I specialize on directions of protection and representation in criminal, administrative, civil cases.

Member of any political parties, movements did not consist , any participation in work of such directing bodies of formations did not accept and I do not accept.
